The intervention consisted of fully renovating a property located in Antonio Domínguez Afonso street, in the old town of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, so it became the new headquarters office of a famous law firm.

The proposal’s functional programme was distributed in the two floors of the building. The ground floor was for customer service, meeting rooms and offices and the top floor was exclusively for offices. Both floors have terraces that open to an interior patio.  On the building’s rooftop, we create a terrace that opens onto the public space, with views to La Concepción church and The Tenerife Space of Arts (Tenerife Espacio de las Artes – TEA).

Light, transparencies and crossed visions are the guiding principles for the project and provide the workspace with an unusual look in classical law firms.
