The assignment consists of creating a finished-goods warehouse in the facilities of Tropical brewery, which belongs to Compañía Cervecera de Canarias, in the municipality of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

We design an open-plan metallic unit with no columns, with a covered surface of 1,000 m² and an access awning of 225 m². This one serves as shelter for the trucks loading the finished-goods, which are previously stored inside the unit.

The closing of the unit was resolved by using alveolar panels of prefabricated concrete and sandwich panel for the roof, and corporative green for finishing the metallic sheets.
