The project involves the development of a residential complex consisting of 124 homes, with one, two, and three bedrooms, equipped with spacious common areas landscaped with native vegetation, and a solarium and pool area.

Its development will be carried out in two phases; a first phase with 50 homes and the common areas with a solarium and pool, and a second phase with 74 homes.

The privileged location, in the coastal area of ​​the municipality of Arico, known as Abades, offers us the opportunity to orient the different blocks that comprise the residential complex to achieve the best views of the sea and the surrounding landscape

The homes are distributed in two-story blocks, with apartments on the ground floor and others on the upper floor. All of them have large terraces to enjoy the island’s climate, as well as the natural surroundings.

The materials used are simple; Single-layer white mortars on the facades, glass in the large windows and railings of the upper-floor apartments, and wood in the solarium area.
