
The proposal consists of the development of a residential complex comprising 173 dwellings, commercial units, and parking garages in the municipality of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
The site is located in the upper area of the capital and features a significant slope between the two streets that define its boundaries. This topographical condition provides guidelines for the development of the building complex, allowing the greatest number of dwellings to benefit from the best sea views.
The residential complex is designed to be carried out in two phases. The first phase includes what we refer to as the horizontal building, consisting of 123 dwellings and 210 parking spaces. The second phase comprises what we call the vertical building, a volume made up of 50 dwellings overlooking the island’s capital.
Between the two building volumes, and above the parking levels, a plaza is located: a communal open space equipped with a solarium and swimming pool, surrounded by endemic vegetation.
The different housing typologies, with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, are arranged so that their private terraces enjoy views over the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and the sea.
