The morphological definition of the proposal takes into account its implementation on the plot. This is a determining parameter that is defined by the context, both near and far, in which it is located, as well as by the search for the best views from the greatest number of homes and common areas.

The proposal is configured through a linear solution that moves within the plot in search of the best views, enabling various leisure and recreation spaces inside and incorporating Ajabo Beach as part of the proposal.

The topography of the plot helps us give the appropriate response, enabling the greatest possible number of homes with views of the sea and the neighboring island of La Gomera as a backdrop.

The residential complex is made up of 243 homes, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom types, distributed differently within the plot. All homes have a large terrace that incorporates the landscape into it, thus diluting the interior area from the exterior area.

The closed interior urbanization is made up of garden areas with plant species endemic to the area, as well as different water spaces; swimming pools and jacuzzis.
