The proposal’s main goal is to develop a housing complex called Residencial Ancor, in Abades, Tenerife.
The project is composed of 74 two and three bedroom houses, which are organized in 10 two storeys blocks and distributed for generating common areas -including swimming pool, non-residential areas and an appealing representation of native vegetation.
The plot’s present topography facilitates a change in elevation on its inside, which favours the views from the panoramic swimming pool.
All ground floor houses are equipped with front and back garden terraces, while top floor houses are equipped with a large terrace.
Residencial Ancor’s architecture aims to meet customers’ highest demands, becoming a landmark in accommodation in the municipality of Arico.
