The proposal for the improvement and refurbishment of Chajofe Boulevard aims to transform the area into one of the main access to Los Cristianos town centre. It generates a continuous pedestrian route and a new space that hosts cultural and leisure activities.

We propose the reduction of street parking and the redirection of road traffic in order to provide pedestrians with a continuous mobility along the tourist area.

The new multi-purpose square plays a leading role as a space for the pedestrians use and enjoyment. Its use can be adjusted to the different cultural and leisure activities that take place in the municipality.

Lighting, vegetation and the proposed furniture try and recover the area as tourist attraction, boosting pedestrians’ mobility at the expense of traffic.
