The proposal was designed in collaboration with architect Carlos A. Schwartz and comes from a competition of ideas that had to include a tower office for DISA petroleum company, a commercial base, an annexed building of offices, a public square and a parking.

The location, the area of expansion of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and the corporate image of the company that organizes the contest, give us the guiding principles to design the proposal.

An iconic vertical element that attracts all commercial and administrative activities, raises as a new public space that meets all environmental and sustainable requirements.

A new administrative and multi-purpose building. Its location, characteristics and possibilities will boost all activities in the capital of the island, generating positive synergy in the environment.
