The assignment consists of developing a single-family house in a residential area of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Plot size is about 550m2 and it is unique in that it hosts a big specimen of Phoenix Canariensis.
The house is distributed in two floors over ground, which contains the main programme requested by the customer, and an underground floor, which contains a garage and a utility room.
The access to the house is located in one of the lateral setbacks. This permits accessing the house through its central area, where stairs and a double-height space are located.
On the rear side of the plot, there is a swimming pool next to the palm tree.
