The project called Villa 16, is the second phase of a residential complex located in Roque del Conde, municipality of Adeje, on the south coast of the island of Tenerife.
The complex is made up of 16 villas, of which we developed 8, with the starting premise of seeking the best views towards the horizon and the neighboring island of La Gomera, organizing each home in a functional way, diluting the limits between interior and exterior.
The simple rendered architecture takes advantage of its south-west orientation to open to the distant landscape through large terraces.
An infinity pool, a large solarium and vegetation endemic to the area, complete a complex that meets the demand of the most demanding clients.
The materials used are exposed concrete, the basalt stone walls characteristic of the island, glass and wood.
