The project consists of the development of a residential complex of 138 homes in the tourist area of ​​Playa Paraíso, in the municipality of Adeje, on the island of Tenerife, with the premise of seeking the greatest number of homes possible with sea views.

The residential complex is organized into two separate blocks, articulated at an intermediate level by the main space of the complex, where the solarium, the swimming pool, the gym and the multipurpose room are located. This space is formed as a viewing platform enjoying the best views of the neighboring island of La Gomera.

The unevenness of the plot where the proposal is located makes it possible to place one of the blocks halfway up the slope, so that it does not interfere with the views of the other block that faces the public road, Avenida Adeje 300.

1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes are combined throughout the residential complex, all of them with large windows and terraces that open onto the landscape. Some of the homes have a private pool.

The endemic vegetation is one of the fundamental aspects of the project which, together with the energy vector and sustainability, provide the complex with the quality demanded by the most demanding clients.
