The residential proposal is located in the municipality of San Bartolome de Tirajana, in the south of the island of Gran Canaria.

The residential complex is made up of 90 homes, all of them with two floors, organized in groups of two and three homes.

Two and three bedroom homes are proposed, with a large private garden and the possibility of having a private outdoor pool. All of them have a parking space and storage room in the underground parking area.

The complex has large rest areas, including a solarium, pool and outdoor jacuzzi, as well as an open-air gym and bicycle parking area.

The project is materialized using light-colored single-layer mortars, local basaltic stone, as well as exposed concrete with different finishing textures, glass and natural wood.

The proposed endemic vegetation, as well as the lighting are fundamental aspects of the project, which, together with the views from the terraces of the homes, provide it with the appropriate quality to satisfy the most demanding clients.
