The project consists of developing a residential complex, Nivaria Beach I, in the region of Abades, south coast of Tenerife. This region of the island has a characteristic landscape we find interesting to preserve, so we inserted native elements into the project right from the start.

The residential complex is situated right on the waterfront and is composed of 36 luxury apartments. 30 of them are two-bedroom apartments and all the rest are three-bedroom villas.

One of the guiding principles of this project was to take advantage of the views provided by the location and protect residents from the wind that makes its appearance at certain times of year.

All units have sea views. The horizon line at the back incorporates distant landscapes into the project.
