The residential  area is on a plot of just over 3,000 m² in size, located in the El Médano area, in the municipality of Granadilla de Abona.

The complex is made up of a 4-storey building, where a total of 60 homes with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms are devised, in an “L” shape, to be protected from the wind and enjoy the best views.

The large terraces that the houses have, many of them covered,  offer the complex the necessary privacy and private outdoor space required by the clients.

The houses on the top floor have an external spiral staircase, which allows their occupants to enjoy the private solarium that each house has on the roof.

The exterior spaces of the residential area are organised into different areas with garden rooms, a solarium and an outdoor pool.

The materials used are exposed concrete with different textures in its finish, wood, glass and the white coating that marks the horizontal lines of the slabs and parapets that define the image of the residential area.
