The house is located in the Abama area, next to the golf course of the same name, located on the west face of Mount Teide, in the municipality of Guía de Isora, in the southwest of the island of Tenerife.

Its location next to the golf course, created by the renowned designer Dave Thomas and incorporating 300 species of subtropical plants, more than 20,000 palm trees and 22 lakes, makes it a unique property.

The house is laid out with two floors above ground and one floor below ground.

The ground floor incorporates parking for several vehicles and golf buggies, a wine cellar, space for games and a cinema room.

The first floor has a living room-dining room-kitchen, two en suite bedrooms with a dressing area and large outdoor terraces that open onto the infinity pool located next to the golf course.

The second floor of the house has two en suite bedrooms with a dressing area and an office. All rooms have large terraces with views of the horizon and the neighbouring island of La Gomera.

Special attention is paid to the private area, where terraces are interspersed with water spaces. An oasis within another oasis.
