The project, called Residencial Ancor II, is the second phase of a residential complex located in Abades, in the municipality of Arico, on the south coast of the island of Tenerife.

The complex is made up of 66 homes with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, which are arranged in different blocks with the best views -towards the sea and the distant landscape- within the plot.

The simple architecture, rendered in white, promotes the use of well-oriented terraces, as well as privacy in the common areas of the residential complex.

An infinity pool, a large solarium and endemic vegetation in the area, complete a set of features that meets the demands of the most demanding clients.

The materials used are glass, the finish of the housing blocks rendered in white, exposed concrete and phenolic panels, which give the complex a unique image.
