We propose, in collaboration with architect José Ramón Fragoso, a new exterior lighting for Auditorio de Tenerife “Adán Martín”, designed by Valencian architect Santiago Calatrava.

The proposal consists of replacing the existing lighting with a bottom-up lighting that highlights the interior surface of the arc, distinguishing feature of the building. The proposed lighting introduces the use of colour, a non-existing feature in the current lighting. This allows to have a changing look according to the event and use. All of that serves to boost the iconic character of the building.

A new look for an emblematic building of the island’s capital.
