An establishment made up of 35 apartments, located in Puerto Rico, in the municipality of Mogán, in the south of the island of Gran Canaria, in which we have undertaken comprehensive renovation work to improve and update both the architecture and the hotel facilities.

The intervention is intended to make the most of privileged location of this tourist establishment, in front of the beach and the marina of Puerto Rico.

The integral renovation of the rooms, as well as the common areas of the hotel, are based on the idea of ​​material cleanliness and unification of basic criteria such as views towards the horizon and customer experience.

An ambitious living and bathroom area is provided on the rooftop of the establishment, moving part of its solar energy collection facilities.

It boasts and infinity pool and a solarium with the best views in all of Puerto Rico.

The colours of the seabed, such as turquoise and coral, are the cornerstones of the interior design idea applied to the hotel.
