The proposal consists of the organization of a commercial plot located in a privileged area of ​​Alcalá, next to the Hotel Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora 5*, in the south of the island of Tenerife.

The project is organized by freeing the land to create a new public meeting place between people in this area of ​​the municipality of Guía de Isora, locating some commercial uses under the square and others elevated above it, in such a way that they cast shade on the commercial space of below.

The shaded commercial space is the main space of the proposal, which enjoys the shadow cast by the elevated circular body, where the best fashion brands will be located. This circular volume is protected from the sun by vertical wooden slats, which give the whole its characteristic image.

The structure of the project is solved by a mixed concrete and steel structure, providing the necessary rigidity to the circular central body that supports the roof slab, from which the intermediate slab is hung.

At night, the proposal works as a lighthouse to attract neighbors and visitors.
