The project consists of the renovation of all the exposed areas of the exhibition centre called Centro Internacional de Ferias y Congresos de Tenerife, commonly known as Recinto Ferial, a building signed off by Santiago Calatrava, located in the southern entrance to the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

The comprehensive renovation of the six-bathroom packages, arranged on the different floors of the building, is undertaken through a comprehensive remodelling, in order to improve the hygienic conditions and benefits for users, both the administrative staff of the building and visitors to the different fairs and congresses that take place there.

Materials such as porcelain, glass, phenolic or even those such as Krion, warm to the touch and similar to natural stone, combine to offer a renewed and modern image to the complex.

Motion sensors and proximity mechanisms in taps and hand dryers provide a greater commitment to hygiene, meeting the requirements of the most demanding users.
