The 24-home residential complex is located in the Bahía Calma area, a tourist area in the municipality of Pájara on the island of Fuerteventura.
The proposal consists of the development of a complex of 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, distributed over 3 floors, and organised in such a way that they close off the access road to the building and open up for sea views on the private common areas of the plot.
Access to the apartments is through covered exterior corridors that facilitate the distribution on each of the floors.
The common garage is located below ground level, as well as the storage rooms of each of the apartments.
The top floor apartments have access to the private roof solarium through a spiral staircase that starts directly from the terrace.
All the apartments have a large terrace with excellent views over the coast of the island of Fuerteventura.
The elevator shaft, finished in exposed concrete, combines with the turquoise metal staircase, like the rest of the metal details, becoming almost a sculptural element within the complex.
The well-cared for endemic vegetation provides, together with the pool, the freshness demanded by the occupants in this area of the island.
