This project arises as a result of winning First Prize in a restricted invitational competition by the company that promotes the Residencial Atlantic Homes project.
Residencial Atlantic Homes, made up of 67 houses with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, is located in the Costa Adeje area, a tourist town in Adeje, located in the south of the island of Tenerife.
The homes are organised into two buildings with 36 and 31 houses, respectively, which are located on the east side of the plot, aligned to the road, embracing the private common areas.
Both buildings are organised into three heights, which are staggered on the short edges of the plot, to adapt to the slope of the perimeter roads.
All the homes have large private terraces and interesting views towards the horizon and the neighbouring island of La Gomera, as well as views towards the interior gardens and swimming pools of the residential area.
The houses on the top floor have an exterior metal spiral staircase that allows their owners to go up to the private solarium on the roof.
The materials chosen are concrete in different textures, wood and glass.
The white finish contrasts with the different types of endemic vegetation that have been carefully selected and introduced into the project.
