Yaco is an area in the southeast of the island of Tenerife, belonging to the municipality of Granadilla de Abona and located between the towns of Granadilla de Abona and San Isidro.

It is a midland area, where the change in temperature is not only noticeable throughout the different seasons of the year, but also throughout the day.

The plot on the middle of the slope has views over the entire town of San Isidro and views of the horizon, where the Red Mountain rises above El Médano, with La Tejita beach below.

A three-floored sloping terraced house is offered. Due to the unevenness of the land, its uses include terraces, with horizontal surfaces with agricultural cultivation very popular in this area of ​​the island.

The main entrance to the house and the vehicle parking are located on the access level from the road. On the middle floor the rooms and private areas for occupants are found, and on the lower floor is the living room-kitchen, as well as rooms that open onto the garden and the proposed swimming pool, through large French windows.

The exterior of the house merges with the interior, showing the coexistence between the near and distant landscape in the daily life of its occupants.
