The house is located in the municipality of El Sauzal, on the north of the island of Tenerife, characterised by its beautiful views of the sea and the horizon.

The project, located on a corner plot, has simple habitable areas, with two housing floors and one floor below for a garage and facilities. This layout allows us to raise the areas intended for living in such a way that occupants can enjoy better views and, perhaps, one of the best sunsets in Tenerife.

On the ground floor of the house is the living room – dining room- kitchen, in the day area, and two bedrooms in the night area. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor of the house, where, together with an en suite bathroom and a dressing room, it has a private chill-out terrace that rises to match the landscape of the north of the island.

An infinity pool is set up in front of the living room -dining room- kitchen for the enjoyment of the owners and their friends.
